Free Exam, Test, and Consultation
Every hearing aid patient at our office receives a FREE ear exam, hearing test, and hearing consultation. There is no charge and no obligation to you for these services. After the test, we review the test results; discuss the various options, and provide you with an honest and professional recommendation.
Quality, Affordable Hearing Aids
All the hearing aids we dispense are effective, high quality, affordable instruments. We dispense only from major-brand manufacturers with the best, proven technology. Further, our prices are very reasonable and we offer easy payment options including "No Interest - No Money Down" payment plans. We also bill insurance (where applicable), and work with various agencies and programs, including the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), and the Valley Association of Independent Living (VAIL).
Comprehensive Protection Plan
All our hearing aids come standard with a comprehensive protection plan. The protection plan includes a 1-to-3 year repair warranty (with options for extending the warranty); a 1-to-3 year loss and damage insurance policy, and a lifetime in-office service policy for counseling, cleaning, adjustments, and minor repairs. Basically, anything we can do in the office will be no charge to you for the life of your instruments. The comprehensive protection plan provides you with a peace of mind, that your hearing aids will be taken care of, should problems develop, or adjustments be needed.
Money Back Trial Period
The bottom line for all hearing aids is to improve the patient's hearing. If you are not satisfied with your hearing aids, you may return them within a 30 day period for a full, money back refund. We are confident that you will be very satisfied, but if the hearing aids are not improving your hearing, then we want you to return them.
